See what we've been up to at Insight:
- Our new Sterling Early Stage Center opened its doors at the beginning of January. We celebrated with our Grand Opening Celebration on March 31st, as we already have 18 participants regularly attending Reconnections in the new space.
- The Mind and Body Workshop returned, after a 2 year hiatus during the pandemic. The 4-session series was offered in Sterling for 7 couples to connect with others who are walking a similar path, focus on healthy minds and bodies, and adjust to life with a new diagnosis.
- Our Caregiving at a Glance Workshop received an honorable mention in the 2022 Best Practices Awards from the Commonwealth Council on Aging!
